- Itinerary :

Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Pick-up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech around 8:00 AM. Begin your journey through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass at 2,260 meters. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of traditional Berber villages and lush valleys. Stop at the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and famous filming location for movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. After visiting the kasbah, continue to Ouarzazate, known for its film studios and the impressive Taourirt Kasbah. The journey continues through the Valley of Roses and into the spectacular Dades Valley, famous for its kasbahs and dramatic rock formations. Enjoy dinner and overnight in a charming hotel or kasbah in the Dades Valley.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga (Sahara Desert)

After breakfast, depart towards the Todra Gorges, one of Morocco’s most breathtaking canyons, where 300-meter-high cliffs create a stunning natural landscape. Enjoy a walk through the gorge and capture incredible photos.

Continue driving towards the desert, passing through Erfoud, famous for its fossil workshops, and Rissani, a traditional market town linked to Morocco’s royal family. Arrive at Merzouga, where you’ll switch to camels for a trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes.

Ride through the towering dunes at sunset and arrive at your desert camp, where you’ll enjoy a traditional dinner, Berber music around the campfire, and a magical night under the stars. Overnight in a private nomadic-style tent.

Day 3: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Azrou – Fes

Wake up early to witness the stunning sunrise over the Sahara dunes. After breakfast at the camp, ride camels back to Merzouga to meet your driver.

Travel north through the impressive Ziz Valley, filled with lush palm groves, and pass through Errachidia and Midelt, located at the foot of the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop at the cedar forests of Azrou, home to Barbary macaque monkeys, before continuing towards Fes.

Arrive in Fes in the late afternoon, where the tour ends with a drop-off at your hotel or riad.
